Alice Eaker Floyd, 78 , Polkville , passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation Center , Cherryville .
Born in Cleveland County, on July 15, 1942 , she was the daughter of the late Edgar Marvin Eaker and Lizzie Mae Lee Eaker. She was a homemaker and was a member of Polkville United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Survivors include her husband, James David Floyd; son, James David Floyd, Jr. and wife Kathryn of Kings Mountain.
The private family graveside service will be held on Tuesday at Polkville United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Lovelace, officiating.
The burial will follow the service in the Polkville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
