Allen Dale Fowler, 67, of 1100 Buffalo Street, Shelby, passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Hospice at Wendover, Shelby .
Born in York County, SC on July 17, 1953, he was the son of the late Jack Benjamin Fowler and Ruby Nell Black Fowler.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Fowler and Derrick Fowler and one sister, Deborah Fowler.
Survivors include his fiancee, Belinda Kaye Bowman and a step-son, Troy Anthony of Shelby.
Services will be held at a later date.
