April Denise Davis Anderson, 61 of Concord, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Atrium Health - Cabarrus.

Born in Cleveland County, NC on September 9, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Lee "Buddy" Davis and Betty Lorene Melton Davis.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson, Joven Drake Mercado; siblings, Gloria Jean Long, Charlotte Ann Davis and Tommy Lee Davis.

Survivors include three daughters, Summer Peugh of Concord, Shellie Williams of Kannapolis and Gloria Davis of Kannapolis; a granddaughter, Hollee Peugh; nephew, Tyler Lee Davis of Kannapolis and a brother-in-law, Richard Waylon Barber of Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 6, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be private.
