Obituary for Brittany Pender
Brittany Margaret Pender, 32 of Fox Hill Drive, Shelby, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at her residence.
Born in Gaston County, NC on February 23, 1989, she was the daughter of Deborah Ledbetter and husband, Steve of Stanley and the late Howard Melvin Pender. Brittany was a member of St. Peter's United Methodist Church.
In addition to her mother and stepfather, she is survived by two brothers, Jeremy Pender and Adam Pender both of Stanley and two sisters, Shannon Froehlich of Shelby and Virginia Ledbetter of Stanley; stepbrother, Chris Ledbetter and stepsister, Maranda Scates and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 2:00 pm at St. Peters United Methodist Church with the Rev. Brian Elwell officiating. Brittany will lie in state from 1:30pm to 2:00pm at the church.
The burial will follow the service in the St. Peter's United Methodist Church Cemetery.
