Obituary for Dale Houser
Dale Houser, 67, of Casar, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at his home.
Born in Cleveland County on January 9, 1956, he was a son of Louise Wright Houser Melton of Casar and the late John Henry Houser. Dale was retired from PPG Industries as an electrician. He enjoyed being outdoors working in his garden or with his animals.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his stepfather, Faye R. Melton.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Louise Smith Houser; a son, Jeremy Houser of Casar; two daughters, Erin Owens of Casar and Tara Houser of Vale; a brother, Bobby Houser and wife Brenda of Fallston and three grandchildren, Ashton Owens, Wylie Ramsey and Summie Houser.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 20, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Keith Fulbright officiating.
The burial will follow the service in the Rose Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum.
