Obituary for Gerald R. Costner
Gerald Reed Costner, 63, of Kadesh Church Road, Lawndale, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Catawba Valley Medical Center, Hickory.
Born in Lincoln County on April 16, 1957, he was the son of the late Paul Reed Costner and Vangie Willis Costner. Gerald was retired as a brick mason.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Sims Costner; a sister, Norma Lutz and a nephew, Timothy Costner.
Survivors include three brothers, Gary Costner, Ken Costner and Jimmy Costner all of Lawndale; a sister, Rita Smith of Lawndale and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
