Obituary for Howard Wyatt

Howard Wyatt, 95, of Shelby, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at White Oak Manor, Kings Mountain.

Born in Rutherford County, on September 18, 1927, he was a son of the late Boyce Wyatt and Myrtle Artie Waters Wyatt Luckadoo. He was retired automobile salesman and was a member of Lily Baptist Church. He served in the US Navy in the Pacific Theater during World War II.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Florence W. Wyatt and his brothers.

He is survived by his son, Larry Wyatt and wife Revonda of Polkville; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Wyatt and wife Brittni and Jenna Mikeal and husband Ryan and one great granddaughter, Isla Grace Wyatt.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 2:00PM in the Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Doug Pruett officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the Cleveland Memorial Park.
