Obituary for Jerry L Webster
Jerry Lamar Webster, 81, of Shelby, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Wendover Hospice House, Shelby.
Born in Cleveland County on March 22, 1941, he was a son of the late James Fletcher Webster and Annie Mae Putnam Webster. He was retired from Mauney Hosiery and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where he was a former deacon and served on various committees.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Norman Webster and Bobby Webster and a brother-in-law, Mike Pruitt.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Hamrick Webster; son, Shea Webster of Shelby; daughter, Shawn Jaynes of Shelby; brother, Tim Webster and wife Susan of Clemmons; sister, Becky Pruitt of Kings Mountain, and two sisters-in-law, Frankie Webster and Annette Webster both of Kings Mountain.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 2:00PM until 2:45PM at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.
The graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 3:00PM at Rose Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum with Rev. Toby Bird officiating.
