Joe William Phillips, Jr., 93 of Lawndale, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Cleveland County, NC on March 20, 1929, he was the son of the late Joe William Phillips, Sr. and Maude Estelle Potter Phillips. He served in the US Navy.
Survivors include his son, Kirby Phillips and wife, Tracy of Belwood; daughter, Jane Phillips of Toluca; two grandchildren, Ethan Winkler and wife, Courtney and Taylor Messick and husband, Brock and one great-grandchild.
Services will be private.
