Obituary for Judy Strange Wright
Judy Ann Strange Wright, 78, of Vale, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at her home.
Born in Cleveland County, on July 29, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Joe William Strange, Sr. and Annie Barber Strange. She was retired from RaDonnas Hair Salon. She was a member of Reeps Grove United Methodist Church, and the United Methodist Women and the Lunch Bunch, but she had been attending Providence Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Steve A. Wright and a brother, Bill Strange.
She is survived by her son Michael Wright of Vale; two daughters, Janet Lail of Vale and Dana Willis of Asheboro; sister, Beth Gibson of Shelby; five grandchildren, Nicholas Willis, Tyler Lail, Noah Lail, Hunter Wright, Mayson Wright.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chris Dale officiating.
The burial will follow the service in the Rose Hill Memorial Park.
