Obituary for Peggy Richard Grigg
Peggy Richard Grigg, 84, of Lawndale, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Fair Haven Home of Bostic.
Born in Cleveland County on August 23, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Johnnie Isaac Richard and Annie Lou Ivester Richard. Peggy was a former employee of Broughton Hospital and was a retired dairy farmer. She was a member of Kistler's United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Richard Neal Grigg; brother, W.C. Richard and sister, Sarah Crotts.
She is survived by by her loving husband of 66 years, Paul Richard Grigg; daughter, Paula Pruett and husband, Michael of Ellenboro; two grandchildren, Kimberly Mullinax and husband, Frankie and Robbie Pruett and wife, Misty; two great grandchildren, Karley Mullinax and Blaine Pruett; two nieces, Wanda Ware and Debbie Hoyle and a nephew, Steen Richard.
A graveside service will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 2, 2020 at Kistler's United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tim Ware and Rev. Larry Hoyle officiating.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing will be required.
