Obituary for Ralph Philbeck
Ralph Allen Philbeck, 83 of Farmer Way, Cherryville, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022 at his residence.
Born in Cleveland County, NC on December 23, 1938, he was the son of the late Glenard Allen Philbeck and Vera Ethel Hoyle Philbeck. He was retired from Carolina Mills.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Dula.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Crystal Darlene Philbeck; a son, David Philbeck and wife, Coneia of Nathalie, Virginia; three daughters, Rebecca Faile and husband, Terry of Maggie Valley, Chrissy Grantland and husband, Ray of Cherryville and Katrina Farmer and husband, Kevin of Cherryville; a brother, John Henry Philbeck of Oak Island; two sisters, Cora Norman and Christine Turner both of Stanley; 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and one on the way.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.
The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel.
The burial will follow the service in the Rose Hill Memorial Park.
