Obituary for Rhonda Carol Lankford
Rhonda Carol Lankford, 55, of Spindale, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Rutherford Regional Health System, Rutherfordton .
Born in Cleveland County, on January 6, 1965, she was a daughter of Carolyn McMurry Hamrick of Polkville and the late Ronald Lee Lankford. Due to disability Rhonda enjoyed spending time on Facebook which allowed her to connect with friends. She also enjoyed watching NASCAR but most of all se loved her Carolina Tarheels.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her daughter, Patricia Hopper of Bessemer City; a brother, Scott Lankford and wife Susan of Polkville; and a sister, Lisa Gainey and husband Jerome of Gaffney.
A private service will be held at Polkville Baptist Church with the Rev. Will Davis, officiating.
