Obituary for Diane Parker Cook
Rita Diana "Diane" Parker Cook, 68, of Casar, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Hospice of Carolina Foothills in Forest City.
Born in Cleveland County on July 6, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Ralph Quenton Parker and Coleen Walker Parker. She was a retired RN from Grace Hospital and was a member of Olive Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include brother, Danny Ralph Parker and wife Evelyn of Casar and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm at Olive Grove Baptist Church. At other times, the family will be at the home of her brother, Danny Parker, 107 Barksdale Drive, Casar, NC 28020.
The funeral service will be held on Friday at 3:00pm at Olive Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Terrill Crump officiating.
The burial will follow the service in the Olive Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
