Obituary for Robert Callahan
Robert Brevard Callahan, 62, of Kings Mountain, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Hospice at Wendover, Shelby.
Born in Cleveland County, on April 9, 1960, he was the son of Reginald Brevard Callahan of Shelby and the late Barbara Blackburn Callahan. He was employed with Weldcote Metals as the warehouse manager.
In addition to his father he is survived by two sons, Derrick Callahan and wife, Melissa of Mooresboro and Chris Callahan and fiancée Tamara Novia of Virginia; sister, Tonie Turner and husband, Max Jr of Shelby; four grandchildren, Taylor and Tim, Gage, Jessilyn, and Jasper; and one great grandson, Oliver.
The family will have a drop in visitation on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the home of his father, Brevard Callahan, 491 Ridgedale Drive, Shelby, NC 28150.
A prayer service will be held at 5:00 PM at the home on Saturday, October 22, 2022.
