Obituary for Tresa Greene
Tresa Lynn Heavner Greene, 52, of 1217 Old Post Road, Cherryville, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at her residence.
Born in Cleveland County, NC on March 15, 1969, she was the daughter of the Martha Causby Jones and husband, James of Lawndale and the late Donald Matthew Heavner. She was a member of New Testament Missionary Baptist Church.
In addition to her mother and stepfather, survivors include her husband, Micheal H. Greene; two sons, Brad Cooper of Kings Mountain and Justin Estep of Cherryville; two step children, Alanmicheal Greene of Kings Mountain and Miranda Huffman of King Mountain; two brothers, Ricky Heavner of Shelby and Michael Heavner of Fallston; a sister, Brenda Heavner of Shelby; and thirteen grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 3:00 pm at New Testament Missionary Baptist Church with Preacher Bobby Jones and Preacher Darren Jones officiating.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing will be requried.
The burial will follow the service in the Wallace Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
