William David Burton, 52, of Marshall Wolfe Rd. in Shelby, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Atrium Health - Cleveland.
Born in Cleveland County on October 23, 1969, he was the son of Patsy Ann Huss Bright. He was employed by Peek Pavement Marking.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Tonya Curry.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife of 32 years, Tammy Annette Greene; two sons, Josh Burton (Brittany Pearson) and Wesley Burton (Karena Causby) both of Shelby; five grandchildren, Alyssa Burton, Chloe Burton, Weston Burton, Colton Burton and Isabella Burton and a sister, Tammy McNeely and husband, Darrell of Kings Mountain.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be private.
